Thanks so much for shopping with La Flora Boutique! We’re proudly an Australian-based brand, and at the moment, we ship within Australia only.

Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been sent out, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer reliable shipping across all Australian states and territories. Standard delivery times may vary depending on your location, and orders going to WA, NT, or regional areas might take a little longer to arrive.

Where We Ship
Right now, we only deliver within Australia. We’re happy to ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • Parcel Lockers

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipping Addresses
We can only ship to one address per order. If you need items sent to different locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered to the address provided, La Flora Boutique isn’t responsible for lost or stolen items. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your parcel, please reach out to us at info@lafloraboutique.com.au and we’ll help you follow up with the shipping carrier.
