- All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive a notification email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time. We can ship to:

- PO Boxes
- Parcel Lockers
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
La Flora Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at Flora415@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
